What is a 55+ Adult Community?

It is a neighborhood where at least 80% of the occupants must be 55 years old or older. Children under the age of 18 are welcome to come and visit, but they are unable to reside here permanently.

We are conveniently located in central Georgia in Warner Robins, on the border of Houston County and Peach County, just 2 miles to major shopping, 1 mile to I-75, minutes from Robins Air Force Base and close to several hospitals.

We have over twenty different 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom floor plans to choose from, or bring your own custom plan.. Homes start in the $140's and range from 1300 to 2000 square feet.
